• Training/Pedagogical Qualification

· A third-level qualification (or equivalent professional qualification)

· A high level of professional expertise in the relevant field.  Membership of a Professional Body e.g. ACCA, CIPD may be a requirement

· A teaching qualification (H.Dip, JEB, Train the Trainer, CTP, Grad Dip in Ed etc....)

· Previous relevant teaching experience

· Experience in teaching in an elearning environment a distinct advantage
